HISTORY
On December 10th, 2016, 15 men were initiated in to the Theta Omicron Provisional Chapter at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Assisting Coordinator of Chapter Development Logan Dunnigan and Grand Chapter Advisor Chad Gillenwater with the initiation were members from the Zeta Kappa Chapter at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. The ceremony took place in the UWM Student Union on campus. The following men were present:

Sean Ledvina ‘13, Jake Bohme ‘14, Brandon Thornton ‘13, Jon Gagner ‘14, Lucas Medicino ‘14, Brian Cook ‘14, Ben Schwartz ‘15, Mike O’Reilly ‘15, Josh Limbach ‘15, Ben Pike ‘15, Dave Travarthan ‘16, and Jack Guenther ‘16.

On this night, the Theta Omicron Provisional Chapter was also installed and Chris Heiberg, University of Milwaukee ’16 was the Provisional Chapter President at the time of the ceremony. The installation ceremony took place in the UWM Student Union on campus.

The chartering ceremony took place on April 28, 2018, officially installing the Theta Omicron Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi. The ceremony was held in the Student Union Ballroom on the campus of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Scott Woodfill, Grand Valley ’08, served as the installing officer and Max Nelson, Iowa State’ 12, represented the Fraternity Staff. Austin Heath, UW – Milwaukee ’16, was the Chapter President at the time of chartering.
