Coordinator of Growth & Expansion Kevin Finkler, University of Nevada-Reno ’17, began expansion efforts at the University of Texas-El Paso in the fall semester of 2021. 16 men were initiated into the Kappa Sigma Provisional Chapter on November 15th, 2021 by Kevin Finkler and Senior Director of Alumni Engagement & Chapter Operations Jeremy Ried, Elmhurst ’07.
