HISTORY
Coordinator of Expansion Scott McKay, Illinois State ’15, began expansion efforts at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the fall semester of 2019. 33 men were initiated into the Kappa Eta Provisional Chapter on October 20th, 2019 by Assistant Director of Provisional Chapter Development Sam Franzoia, Chico State ’12.

Kappa Eta officially chartered on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021. The Ceremony was held on campus in the Hill Center Ballroom. Director of Provisional Chapter Development Sam Franzoia, Chico State ‘12, gave the Keynote Address and presented the group with their charter. Coordinator of Chapter Operations, Adrian Culp, Westminster ’18 represented Fraternity Staff. Mason Dillard, UAB ‘19, was the founding president and gave the Founding President’s Address.
