HISTORY
Coordinator of Expansion and Growth Seth Melchor, Bowling Green ‘10, led expansion efforts at Towson University in the fall semester of 2014. Fifty-seven men participated in a Pledge Ceremony that semester. The group was colonized and 55 men were initiated in November of 2014. The Colony was approved to charter as the Eta Omicron Chapter in May of 2015.
The group became the Eta Omicron Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi on October 10, 2015. Undergraduate Grand Councilor Will Geiselhart, Illinois ‘13, gave the Keynote Address and presented the group with their charter. D. Matthew Chance, Salisbury ‘99, gave the Alumni Address. Matt Guldberg, Colorado ‘12, represented Fraternity Staff. Cory Ryan, Wake Forest ‘10, was also in attendance. Lucas Keshtmand, Towson ‘14, was the Founding President.
